Content guidelines
Acceptable use for user-approved social publishing
This page exists for customers, partners, and provider reviewers who need a clear statement of how PostMantis should and should not be used.
What PostMantis is for
PostMantis is intended for legitimate content publishing on behalf of authenticated users, brands, teams, agencies, and authorized internal systems. Typical use cases include product updates, changelog publishing, editorial workflows, AI-assisted writing, scheduled campaigns, and internal operations tooling.
Users are expected to choose the content, destination, and scheduled action they want PostMantis to execute. The service is not intended for hidden engagement automation or action execution without the account owner's knowledge.
What is not allowed
- Spam, scams, phishing, or deceptive engagement tactics.
- Publishing content without authority from the connected account owner.
- Coordinated inauthentic behavior, impersonation, or platform abuse.
- Attempts to bypass provider rate limits, reviews, or policy requirements.
- Illegal content, malware distribution, or rights-infringing media.
Responsibility model
Customers remain responsible for the content they publish and for ensuring they have the right to act on behalf of connected social accounts. PostMantis acts as the technical publishing layer; it does not become the owner or editor of customer content.
Enforcement
We may suspend or terminate access for workflows or accounts that violate these guidelines, misuse provider APIs, or create material abuse risk for platforms, customers, or other users.
